A hidden sandbank and reef, just for two
Romantic Canoe Boat Trip
Overview
From Diani Beach, we paddle out to a sandbank that only appears at low tide - a quiet spot most visitors never get to, since it's only reachable by canoe. Because so few people snorkel here, the reef is noticeably more colourful and undisturbed than busier spots along the coast.
Between snorkels, you can simply lie back on the sandbank itself. It's an easy, unhurried few hours, and one of our most popular trips for couples looking for something quieter than a full-day excursion.
Highlights
- A hidden sandbank, exposed only at low tide
- An unusually colourful, rarely-visited patch of reef
